I use the xushobby ubec (http://www.xushobby.com/servlet/Detail?no=38). It can handle up to 8S lipo. So with 3S you will be fine. The ubec is very small and lightweight!

I prefer the revo suspension over the HB lightning stadium. But the G2R conversion for the revo is in my eyes almost perfect. So it is not worth the time...
