Yes, that`s right - it is a product from a german company called "Simprop Electronic" but here in Germany I have payed only around 100,00 EUR (around £65).

It is a very very good allround charger...

For example - you want around 18 V - that means 5 cells x 3,7 V = 18,5 V.
