Lipo brand questions

I've been shopping around for lipo's and the TP's seem to have the better ratings, especially for current. I like MaxAmps options to build the pack but their 4000mAh says 12C/16C and I'm concerned...

Any idea how many amps the 10xl would be pulling on an 18.5v lipo? I want to be sure I buy a lipo that can handle the current. Whats the max voltage for the 10xl?
