Believe it or not the tires worked well. It rained the night before so the traction on the track was good. A lot of guys who were running pin tires were turning them into slicks with all the dirt...

The buggy should be ready by this weekend. I hope to get the ESC and motor mounted up tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted of my progress.

Thanks! It is the stock chassis that comes with the RTR. It is extended to fit full sized servos. I made a battery tray and took it for its 1st run today. The VXL is an animal on 3S!!!!
