hi guys,

many rc forums share the same fate. our own forum (rc indepenent is closed by now. sad but true).

however i for myself i am still fully into rc (maybe more crazy than ever! :-))....

- the 2 spider diffs were upgraded to 4 spiders

hopefully the shaft of the 20er motor is 10mm as this is the standart in big scale models.
lehner 30er models and the plettenberg bolido are also with 10mm shafts.

yeah i also have quite extensive experience with maxxs and revos. and sure those shafts break from time to time. however i am quite surprised how good the standard diffs of an e revo e.g. hold up...

here they have changed the shafts on e revo to summit shafts.
i guess they should fit on other revos/maxxs shouldn't they?...

imo the plastic driveshafts are one reason for the relatively few problems of the diff in the new maxx or revos. they can flex a little under strong abuse and absorb some of the impact energy....
