Try taking a little bit of the battery charge off. maybe around 4.10 or 4.00volts and see if that works. Should only be a little off the entire runtime. :smile:

But this wasnt about racing... It was about a weak differential. Which is not any weaker than any other 1/8 diff I've used and rebuilt. ...

As Paralyzed said, it was probably just dumb luck with the Ofna. There is noting wrong with the Diffs on the LXe. My dad has been beating his for over 2 years with a 1717 and 6s....

Seriously the 1/8 Buggies are the best all around car In my opinion. Very durable and versatile. Buggy body and Wing, Short Course Body and Bumpers or even GTP Sreet bodies all fit perfect on 1/8...

Finally, rebuilding the Maxx with new suspension and 4mm pins.

Rebuilt the 8ight to buggy form for now (1520 on 6s is just too fun on a 10lber!!!).

Alot less costly than a whole new CD mount.

FWIW, I have a 1717 in my D8T Truggy and RCM mount. No issues...
