On the single speed front, a cheaper way to do the conversion is to just buy the coupler (like I did)- granted you dont save any weight or space, but you dont have to hack up any parts either, and can always go back to 2-speeds if you so desire. I do like the new G1 motor mount though, its just overpriced.... unlike my version that was free!
