A mamba max motor 4600 would give you 51,000 rpm on 3s and loads more torque so you could gear down and get the extra speed.
A 5700 would be pushing it on 3S producing a no/light load max rpm of 63,270rpm.
So I would say a 4600 would work.
Some other options on 3s would ba a Feigao 10s (3549k/v),Feigao 7L (3511k/v) or the Feigao 8L (3072k/v)
Other manufacturers such as lehner (model 1920 & 1930) or the NEU 1509 & 1512 provide additional options.
Best bang for the buck in my opinion would be the Mamba Max 4600. It's a perfect fit in a 1/10 scale stadium truck on 3s!
