You are talking about the little capacitor to use with a UBEC right? If so, it's not really dependant on the controller/motor. I usually use a 1,000uF 10v cap and solder a servo plug on the end so I can plug it into the receiver. Any size cap will work that is at or over 10v. Capacitance values 1,000uF, 2,200uF, 3,300uF, or 4,700uF are decent values to use for this.
