Motor? There is many options to go with I will let someone with more buggy knowledge fill you in on that. 14.8v to 7.4v it's going to be hard to find a motor that will work good on both voltages.

That isn't a huge deal ... The batteries will probably be my last purchase so I was kinda hoping I could run it before I got another lipo because I might have to buy 2. So it would be fairly short term that I would consider running 7.2V - 7.4V anyway. I know I need to consider the size for fitting in the buggy but I pretty much know the physical size since I will be getting something that will fit my other trucks/cars.
