Okay, I have a similar setup in my buggy. Here is what I like the best:
Motor Timing: Lowest
Start up power: High
Brake: 30-40% (depends, but you will have to try. Just experiment. Depends on how you like it)
Punch controll: if your batteries are good: 0% If you want to take it easy on the batts, mabe 30-50%. Try and see.
Drag Brake I like at 0%

I assume you have those 2 Lipos in series, giving you 14.8V!?
