I just weighed my truck with a the 9XL and heatsink and a 4S2P 8Ah pack and it came in at 10lbs. 6oz. Getting rid of the 9XL and associated heatsink and perhaps being able to go to a 6Ah pack, I should be able to bring the total weight down below 10lbs.
So...does anyone know what a good 35mph gearing would be for my 8ight T with the 1512 1.5Y?

Brian's calculator. I plugged in some numbers but you'll have to confirm the diff ratio and spur tooth count. I came up with 15t/46t on 4S for 35mph.
