ok a little more info.... I got my order completed. I was logged in but the first time I used the Paypal button for payment from the shopping cart page. This was unsuccessful. Next I was stilled logged on but I tried the Checkout button ... I still used Paypal for payment but I did not get stuck on the shipping options page.
