charge what kind of batteries? ni-mh, lipo, m1, emoli? all chargers will charge in series - it's just a matter of how many cells at a time. and your truck is the best discharger. :027:
some chargers have discharge capabilities. i have 2 duratrax Ice chargers, and they can discharge up to 10 amps. but it's not a balanced discharge, unless they're discharged at a very low rate.
