I did run my G2R Revo on a Quark and NEU 1515 1Y on 4s Lipo set up and it did run great, I used it for racing. Geared 16/51,no problems with thermal shut down until the temps here in Indiana got hot,then I started to have thermal shutdowns, I can easily avoid the thermal issues by lowering my gearing but you have to buy the bigger ofna spur gear cuz you can only use 16 tooth as the lowest pinion due to the size of the motor. Then i switched to my hacker 9XL which is similar to NEU 1515 2.5d and had no heat problems at all with same gearing, With NEU 1515 2.5 d will probably run cooler than my Hacker 9XL. You may go away on NEU 1515 1 y if use for bashing only on 5s LIPO (It will be ballistic )and get the bigger ofna spur gear (email MIke) to gear down accordingly.But better get the NEU 1515 2.5d if it is in stock for it will have no heat problems
