it's my gut feeling that an L can motor as opposed to an XL in a 10-11 lb plus truggy application is risky business at best...

if some folks have had good results running 1512 cans in lighter 8 buggies, more power to them...

i'm sure those people have a good handle on dialing in thier trucks for optimum performance...

i'm almost ready [waiting on new cells] to test my 8-T and i'm going to try the following motors...

1515 1YF [2200 kv] 4s
1521 1YF [1577 kv] 5s & maybe 6s
1521 1.5DF [1860 kv] 4s and maybe 5s

i have a good deal of experience running Neu motors in boats and i realize that may or may not be of any help in my truggy endevours but that's my plan based on a educated guess...
