Connector choice is really up to the user. Bullet connectors are probably the least desirable out of the three because there is less contact area. And you'll find many opinions about the powerpoles and deans. The Deans are easy to solder and are small. The powerpoles are easier to grip but are bigger as a result. Your choice really.

I assume you mean Deans when you ask how a connector can have lower resistance than wire? The answer is simple: contact area, high pressure, and conductor diameter. However, once those Deans start getting dirty, that statement is no longer true, so keep them clean.
