The only "weak spot" I've found with the REVO3.3 is when I land a big jump out of shape and it lands hard on the back bumper. That shoves the bumper into the truck which pushed the muffler/pipe forward which in-turn crushes/bends the header. Aside from that happening 2x now :-( and cracking one suspension arm it's been mostly damage free.
