I didnt think of useing Sheet Metal, My dad works with it all the time so i can get some for free(hes an Hvac tech), Thanks for the tip!

As for gearing i was thinking about useing 36t mod1 spur and a 20t Pinion, according to the speed calculator it should put me at around 40mph, does this look good?:
