Thanks. Yeah, 6061-T6 ~2mm thick Aluminum sheet. Make sure it's T6 or you'll get stress cracks on the bends. I just cut it out with a dremel/hacksaw/nibbling tool, file the edges, pound/bend into shape with a vice and hammer, and paint.
