I think you have answered your own question about which pack is better - 6000mah @ 15C vs. 3200 mah @20C
However if you put the kokam's in parallel to be equal with the polyquest (i.e. 3200 x 2 = 6400 (3s2p) ) then you would have a max discharge rate of 128amps.
So the kokam's will not warm up as much, and you will not be pushing the packs as hard.
I have not heard about the quality of polyquest packs, however use 2000 mah kokam's in my electric r/c planes and have not had any problems. I think their car packs would be similar in quality. Which pack really depends on your budget and type of setup.
