MET - Mechanical Engineering Technology, or in some places Manufacturing Engineering Technolgoy
EEET - Electrical Engineering Technology (not sure why three "E"'s - its what it was called 16 years ago when I was in college).
They (the schools that offer them) tout them as a more hands on degree. I dont believe companies actually look at them that way. Most companies look at it as a normal 4 year engineering degree.
