I would pass on that thing. I have only bought 1 thing from that guy on Ebay. It was a set of mounted/glued wheels and tires and they were crap! I bought them for bashing use and withing 5 minutes of running doing nothing really crazy one of the wheels went rolling away. The hub in the center of the wheel completely cracked out. Upon looking at the others I found that another one was already starting to crack. I just pulled them off and pitched them in the trash.

I guess what did I expect for $15 set of 4 wheels/tires.

My suspicion is the buggy would be just as bad. Plus when it does break, where do you get the parts? 3 week mail order from china????

My advice would be, DON'T waste your $$$ on that thing. Just get a decent used brand name buggy, even if it costs more for the used brand name. In the long run you will be MUCH happier.
