well my charger just shut off while charging and i checked V of each cell and one was 4.02 and the other was 3.92,it stopped because it is out of balance, and it didnt go to trickle, so now i am trying to balance stand alone - and only one cell light is on ?? this is right , right?? should the statis light be blinking or solid??

i want to get this charged , so i need to get it balanced first right?

also i have the balance and deans plugged in is this the right way to do this, i seem to have thrown away the paperwork that came with the lba10, thanks

oh and when i got my new pack maxamps said i should be charging and then balancing before recharging, anyone know if it matters?? i have been charging thru the balancer and seems to be great
