What size ( # of tooth) would be best suitable for a Revo? I was planning to use the stock tranny that comes with the Revo or a Emaxx tranny if I can get a hold of one.

I know this is a little late but I spoke with Mike on the phone about this exact question. I have the Emaxx tranny with a 1950 1800kv. I bought a RR Slipper kit for a RC10 MGT. Then I bought the Ofna spur gear from RC Monster store with a 18 or 20 tooth mod1 pinion. The slipper kit slides right on to the tranny. I modified the Ofna spur gear to hold the rotor plate. Little filing. Everything fit great. If you buy smaller pinions the metal spur gear sent with the kit would work. But thats a whole new thread. Lots of opinons about using a metal spur gear vs a plastic spur gear.
