If it's a gentle dent (meaning no sharp edges), then you should be OK. Just keep an eye on it. If it was me, I'd probably replace it just to be safe.

Which end is it? The one where the taps and wiring of the tabs is made? Because if it's that end, I wouldn't worry at all.
