I had the motor shaft break loose on a Neu 1512/2.5d once as well. It happened the first time I ran the thing. Neu was really fast about getting a replacement back to me. They had me send it in to Diversty Model Aircraft and they had a repaired/replaced one back to me in a few days. I never did find out if they replaced it or fixed it
, but either way... it was all good. No problems since.
Even the best comapnies can make a dud on occation. But AAngel does seemsto be a Dud Magnet.
Or just the guy who pushes stuff the hardest and finds the most weak points.
