IMO, as always, these two rules apply here too:
1) you get what you pay for
2) different strokes for different folks
AND, it depends on what do you want to spray. (water or laquer based paints)
That said, I like the Iwata brushes. I use an Eclips and a Revolution. True told, you can do everything you'll ever need for an RC body with the Revolution. Some Pros use the Revolution only.
But yes, the Eclipse is one step up (still not the best from Iwata) and I like it a lot, a very good airbrush. Because of the .35mm nozzle, it won't like the thicker water based paints much, you need to thin them. Of course you could upgrade it to a .5mm tip too.
Honestly, if you just want to paint bodies, get a Revolution. You can use it for all the common RC paints no problem. Just my opinion.
