I believe that Mike is still getting the chassis dialed in perfect so that it can be properly mass produced. The fit and finish of a massed produced item must be near flawless. On my chassis, a couple of the screw holes were like .2-.3mm off, which pretty much does nothing but make a few screws a little hard to start threading, but otherwise doesn't affect anything. If the production chassis had this flaw, a bunch of people not on the forum would receive the chassis and dub it as "low quality" and "poorly engineered" due to this small flaw, though it obviously is not.
I spent lots of hours designing the chassis, and tried to account for as much as possible. I'm sure Mike is spending multiples of the time I spent getting it perfect.
Again, thanks for all the comments.
