Yeah, the cap mod really keeps the temps down. It is not as good as griffinru's esc mods but it does help. I do not need a fan anymore, and I am running a body that does not have any holes in it. I plan to mod all of my MM escs theis way, and check that the heatsinks are glued properly too. I have a small aveox motor that I want to try in my tamiya m03, and will most likely use my quark 33 on that too!
