If you have no reason to think they are bad (nothing funky that you know of... never dropped below 9 volts etc)... and they still are balanced, take a charge correctly, etc... I would say they are still good.
Lipos are cool that way. Unlike some Nimh that will go bad like like bananas if you don't use them.
