So I guess we need to get used to this new type of life and find a way to get ourselves adjusted to it.

I have to agree with Captain. We all in some way drive a vehicle we love. It doesn’t matter what it is or how old it is. If it’s yours and you like it who cares. It’s my thinking why own something your not willing to drive. I live in an area way above my financial status. I got lucky on a home buy. My neighbors are the type of guys who own Lotus’s, Porsche, and many other sports cars. The only time I see them is on Saturday morning when ever last one of them is out washing and waxing. They never drive them. They are all garage queens. WHY???? I am not of the mind to buy a vehicle to let it sit. I take my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Limited into places in the mountains that 4 wheelers dream of getting to. It’s my thinking “if you own it, use it.” My wife will not let me buy my dream car. I want a Dodge Viper. After spending $70K for it I would drop in $10K more for upgrades. Then I would drive the crap out of it. Every time I scratch my beloved Jeep up I get pissed. But it shows at least I use it. I am not wasting my money. If some one gets pissed because you drive a nice car shrug it off. They are really jealous of you. In the end a vehicle is only a vehicle. It’s all fixable. How much money do you drop into your RC’s? Yet you go and beat the hell out of them.

But I still say if you get the chance to catch the punk damaging your car beat his @$$!!!!
