ok here is the update today. opend the quark (125B)up today, looked at the board, looks clean as whistle nothing brown,black burnt, and so forth, i used a flashlight to look at the ends of the capacitors(i think that is what they are called) and no damage there. when i turn it on it has a red light and it seems to flash and if i try to program it it seems to work i think i just cant hear the beeps becuase no motor is present. is it safe for me to try to start it up and reprogram it today. also could possibly one of the motor wires touched to make the puff of smoke, (btw it smelled werid but not like burnt esc at all like i have smelled before). also has the heat mod done to it.
