Yeah I was going to suggest Harbor Freight
. They usually have fairly decent milling machines and tables available, and even if they are not the best on the market they are great for anyone who wants to try out there virgin skills without breaking the bank. Anyway they are perfect for just making little stuff for the RC junkie plus you can be pretty creative making your own stuff. Also if you come up with a really useful part you might end up showing it on here and find that there is a market for selling your ideas. Good luck with that SSSPconcepts.
