Better overkill than on limit!
I have servo Airtronics 94359Z took it from buggy and put it to truggy once i felt that servo start to heat up and then its heating its going slow. I thought that time is come to this servo, took it apart and took motor also apart and i seen that collector was burned, i polished with thin sandpaper and cleaned it assembled again and now again like new. Burned collector is sign that servo works on limit. So I put it back on buggy and bought Hitec 5955TG for truggy and no any issues on 1.5year.
