Like I stated earlier it sounds like you might have a weak link in your system that is causing it to overheat. Bad connections are a number one cause of overheating, bad cells, bad motor, or a bad controller maybe. Process of elimination is your only recourse. If you are setup as you should be then it has to be a hardware issue. You might want to check each component out closer for individual problems.
