You cant "anodize" titanium like you would aluminum. You can only color titanium by precisely oxidizing it; either by heating it up until it turns the color you want, OR by anodizing it with oxygen to produce color on the surface. If you want to try the heat method, just use a propane torch. But, unless evenly heated, you'll end up with a "gasoline puddle" color pattern.
