Generally any decent automotive store can sell you individual taps, and a tap holder or wrench. They usually say on the packet what size drill to use, or include the drill bit! A #43 drill seems to be the correct size for m3 threads to be cut in. Also, get some cutting fluid/oil, it will help the tap last longer and not break!
