I just went to my LHS and they have the quark plasma's in stock now for $340 Australian ($300 US), but like most things it will probably be a bit cheaper in the U.S.
Comes in a decent size box with cut out foam for everything to sit in. Comes with a 25mm fan, the programing screen/card, and 3 capacitors that are heatshrinked together on a small circuit board, but they need to have the 2 main leads soldered to the esc.
Some of the specs were:
120amp (25C, full throttle)
6s max input
and a bec that can handle up to 26v input.
