You are correct, I will even go as far to say that if there are 100 people hostage and I was one of them, I would consider myself the most important. I would still do everything in my power to stand against anyone who wants to supress me, be it physically or mentally. And I would try to align myself with other like-minded people. There comes a time where you must disregard everything except your principles. And you must understand that all of the talk in the world does not matter if you are dead. That is why action is necessary to ensure that our society can continue in a postive direction. I tend to stand on the more extreme side of what I consider necessary for the liberty of this society. Time to get off my soap box.
My advise is to buy some guns and stock up on ammo, my observations over the last 5 years have shown that ammo has steadily increased in price, certain calibers have trippled in price. And speaking with a large volume independent ammo dealer, demand is at a high point. You cannot loose money on ammo right now, so it is at least a good monetary investment. And it may be an incredibly useful bartering tool should the whole thing end up in the can!
