Yeah, that's a sucking device for sure.
Sounds a bit muffled though. Might be a cameraman that's dressed in an ant-eater costume with integrated camera/audible recording functionality, i have about the same sound in my ears when I'm wearing mine and my vacuum cleaner passes by at ~70 mph. (don't ask me why, he just enjoys doing that from time to time)
Still hard to judge if you don't know what reference to take for the sound pressure, but i think i am getting pretty close here
Perhaps we can ask them and use that as a future reference for analyzing that sound
