Diplomacy. - 01.14.2008, 09:49 AM

Diplomacy is always the key. If you have a problem with a product no matter how expensive it may have been, you have to keep your cool and when it is time to speak with someone who may have the ability to assist you, you have to use diplomacy. Remain respectful and state your case. I find that most of the time if you treat them with respect they will go the extra mile to assist you with your problems. Sometimes even if they don't have to according to the warrenty, just because you were not a A-holetowards them. So examine your problem with care and make sure you know what you are talking about before you start blaming their product. Anyone will become defensive if you start bashing their products to their face and expect any help from them. You might as well just take a hammer and smash it yourself Good luck with that.
