This question is exactly why this page was made.

But, gixxer is correct; that will be good for only 3s or less. A 10A PS will only provide around 120 watts of power to the charger (12v X 10A)... only IF the voltage stays at 12v at that load. And then, about 25% of that will go away as charger efficiency losses, so you really have only about 100W to go to the batteries. At 10A charge rate, that is only 10V, which is not even enough for 3s (3s maxes out at 12.6v).
