It's not a matter of love.
It depends wheter that motor uses a slotted design or not; if you have it; try to turn the shaft.
I wouldn't be surprised if it ran on you MM, but the slotted part might throw you off.
The problem is that the startup energy needed to get a slotted motor moving is larger, and i expect the EMF to be slightly different too.
So try to turn the shaft by hand; if you feel the magnet giving resistance, i don't give you much change on the MM, but once the new software is released it should handle it well.
so; it depends on the design of the motor. The Quark handles anything you throw at it.
