The Mamba Max ESC will work well for you. You can either make your own parts like motor mount, battery tray, etc. or you can send Mike (site owner) an email for him to make the parts for you. I would also recommend a new charger for lipo, as you will need to be able to charge at a much higher rate than just 1 amp.

Mamba Max = $130
Feigao XL + heatsink = $115
TrueRC 4s2p 8000mAH lipo pack = $140
Superbrain 989 charger + Hyperion LBA10 balancer = $180
Total = $565

This will leave you $135 below your limit, so in reality you can interchange some of the electronics for some higher quality ones if you want.
