With the stock type mount, correct. I have the X-brace motor mount, and it does indeed make changing the spur a nightmare, but with the single speed conversion all I have to do is unbolt the tranny, undo the front drivecup from the tranny output shaft, and the whole tranny slides forward enough to change the spur gear.... no hassle at all, lol. Plus the mount flexes rather alot with the motor mounted at the highest point in the middle- i am working on a bracing system that should fix that issue hopefully.
