The chassis brace that goes on the motor mount area, it really helps eliminate any flex in that area and keeps gear mesh aligned really well. You also need a longer front driveshaft, I beleive it's the same one that goes on the rear but not sure. That should be it.
I wouldn't go with the 10XL on 4s, it would be too slow. My 9XL is almost too slow, I put in the wide ratio tranny set to get back some top end. Everything runs pretty cool though, so it's nice not to worry about it. The 8XL is fine too, you'll get tons of power, just a little harder on your controller and batteries but nothing they can't handle. You might also consider an 11L on 4s, that's what going in my Revo soon and it should keep the other gear just as cool but have more top end compared to the 9XL. Good luck and keep us posted.
