That's very possible. I might try that. It would work with much higher gearing then for more top speed. Use the 25 tooth pinions with a 36 tooth Revo spur.

In comparing the internal resistence values:
AXI 2826/8 is 30 mohm's
The KMS 2826/4 turn is listed as 64 mohm's.
If I were to speculate, my guess is the KMS is a Wye wind. This might make it even better than the AXI. I wonder what kind of magnets it uses?
Another thought here is, I bet the AXI endbells would fit the KMS stator assembly perfectly.
