It you have a really good transmitter I think you could do it. You could set up the transmitter for brake on a separate channel and use that when the throttle stick is put in the brake area. Then use a button or switch to put the throttle zone into reverse. It would then work like reverse on a nitro would. The challenge would be finding a radio that has the ability to be programmed in that way. Heli and plane radios can do it but I don't have experience with the high end car radios.
