Does hacker repair motors? I guess I could request a 5mm shaft to be put in the motor, or maybe do it myself? I guess that the magnet is glued to the shaft pretty well, so that may be out of the question. I could weld another end back on and have it turned to 5mm.

The rotors from Hacker are $50 each. I bought 2 C50-Maxx from Ebay and both were a great deal with the broken shaft. I tried it with 4S and
. Use the C50-13L with 22.2 volts and you will be happy. My buggy had the same motor and I was doing 50+MPH with no problem at all.
